Listening to the sound of the bubbling water kettle, smelling at the dry leaves - it's fragrance unwrapped by the hot ceramics, slowing down and settle in the present moment. Sharing sips of delicate tea.
This summer I joined Nina Yuun's korean quilting workshop at Rietberg Museum with an opening and closing tea meditation.
