Gong Fu Cha
at Chatêau de Raymontpierre

This autumn I was invited to host a tea ceremony at the wonderful new agritourismo hotel 'Chatêau de Raymontpierre' in Vermes, in the french part of Switzerland. On a rainy day, between the green hills, with only the cows from the farm next to it moouing from time to time, we enjoyed a selection of three Oolong teas prepared in a chinese tea ceremony. In addition I served three seasonal bites, composed as a little collection of nature finds you would find on a autumn walk in a forest.
