Tea + roasted nuts by the river

The seventh edition was dedicated to the transition of summer to autumn. A carefully made selection of teas paired with freshly roasted nuts from the fire have been served next to the river. Additionaly the participicants were invited to share their thoughts on different topics with every tea served.

(1) While sipping the green tea with rose petals and fermented sakura leaves paired with roasted almonds we shared our sweetest summer memories. (2) The second sip included yellow tea paired with salty sunflower seeds and saying goodby to the long hours of light provided by the sun. (3) We shelled walnuts and roasted them on the fire while talking about our personal autumn and winter rituals we are looking foreward to and drinking a warming black tea, made out of wild tea leaves from the jungle of Sri Lanka, India.
