The tea is pressed in a little so called 'cushion' - typical for the region 'Zhang Ping'.

  • Brewing

    Hot Brew - recommended to prepare as a Gong Fu Cha


    Steep 3g tea with 1.5dl water (90 °C) for 1 minute  in a gaiwan or vessel of your choice
. Repeat the brewing with the same leaves several times.

     

    Casual Hot Brew

    • Put 3g/2 tsp tea in a vessel of your choice
    • Heat 2,5dl water to 100 °C 
    • Steep for 4 minutes
  • Expiration

    Keep the tea tightly closed and store it in a dry and dark place. This way you can store your tea for 2 years.
