A very good classic everyday yellow tea. The process of "yellowing" (Menhuang in Chinese) takes about half a month, with three roasts over charcoal in between. Notes of dark chocolate.

Casual Hot Brew
- Put 3g/2 tsp tea in a vessel of your choice
- Heat 2,5dl water to 85-95 °C
- Steep for 4 minutes
