Brewing
Gong Fu Cha Hot Brew (recommended)
- Steep 3g tea with 1.5dl water (80 °C) for 1 minute in a gaiwan or vessel of your choice
- Repeat the brewing with the same leaves several times
Casual Hot Brew
- Put 3g/1-2 tsp tea in a vessel of your choice
- Heat 2,5dl water to 80 °C
- Steep for 3-4 minutes
Expiration
Keep the tea tightly closed and store it in the fridge.
