Brewing
Gong Fu Cha Hot Brew (recommended)
Steep 3g tea with 1.5dl water (85-95 °C) for 1 minute in a gaiwan or vessel of your choice
Repeat the brewing with the same leaves several times
Casual Hot Brew
Put 3g/2 tsp tea in a vessel of your choice
Heat 2,5dl water to 85-90 °C
Steep for 4-5 minutes
